De Vaucouleurs Atlas Description:

The bar is a very well-defined, patchy feature obviously defined by recent star formation in this fine late-type spiral. In this case, there is no inner pseudoring , but the appearance of the outer arms is that of an R2' outer pseudoring , just as in NGC 7741 . The feature is ill-defined because of the late type, but the characteristic arm-doubling is evident on the northeast side.
