De Vaucouleurs Atlas Description:

This highly inclined object is a clear double-ringed barred galaxy where the bar is oriented end-on and is highly foreshortened. Surrounding the bar is a patchy inner ring , and at twice the radius of this ring is a well-defined outer ring . At least one leading dust lane can be recognized in the end-on bar. The Sab classification is merited by the general light patchiness of the structure, and the tight wrapping of the spiral arms.
