De Vaucouleurs Atlas Description:

This galaxy is the small companion to the large edge-on spiral NGC 4631 . It is a dwarf elliptical that shows twisted outer isophotes. In the center, the Atlas image shows a group of four stellar objects of unknown nature. These are not distinct in a color index map, which suggests the objects could be globular clusters .
