De Vaucouleurs Atlas Description:

Also in the Grus Triplet, the Seyfert 2 galaxy NGC 7582 is in many respects a carbon copy of NGC 7552 . Once again, the morphology is dominated by a complex, dusty bar with no inner ring and smooth outer arms which form an (R1' ) outer pseudoring . In this case, the leading dust lanes in the bar are very straight and the general bar dust pattern is different from NGC 7552 . Still, the resemblance between the two neighboring objects is uncanny.

An H-alpha image (Hameed and Devereux 1999) shows that the bar of NGC 7582 includes most of the H-alpha flux. Only a few very faint HII regions are associated with the two outer arms.
